Privacy Policy

The Zion School (“we”) operates www.thezionschool.com. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used. It does not cover information you share with us in person or through our enrollment system, which is operated by Playground under its own privacy policy.

What we collect

Forms. When you submit the contact form or the tuition information form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, your child’s age, and your message. Form submissions are handled by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our school email.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and on what kind of device. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data such as your IP address and browser type. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Embedded services. The calendar and tour-booking pages embed Google Calendar, and the enrollment links go to Playground. When you use those, the relevant provider may set its own cookies and collect information under its own policy.

How we use it

We use form information only to respond to you and to follow up about enrollment. We use analytics to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.

Children

This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out tools. You can ask us to delete any form submission by contacting us at the address below.
